I setup Cor Consulting after 20+ years working in the corporate sector in a variety of roles from individual contributor sales person through to management and onto board level leadership. The one theme that remained constant throughout my career was the need to make a difference to wherever and whomever I worked with. I am passionate about helping individuals and teams make significant transformations in their professional lives, which carries over into their personal lives. I experienced firsthand how commitment to a focused plan can transform an executive’s ability to lead, improve their individual and their teams’ performance and always leads to improved business outcomes.

I like to navigate the process of goal-setting with clients to determine the best next steps for them and their organisations. By working with clients, they learn how to ask powerful questions and engage their own particular expertise to get to the heart of what is holding them back.

Prior to starting my own business, I enjoyed working with a variety of multinationals; I established and led the European business for Intellectual Ventures, a global leader in Intellectual Property and invention. I led Cisco’s Irish business through a doubling of revenues over a two-year period, which happened because of a cultural shift within the Irish operation and I led HP’s Sales organisation in Ireland for many years through change and significant business growth. I have also served in a variety of board, leadership, management and revenue generation roles over the past 20 years.
