- Initial complementary consultation to ensure there is a good fit between what the coach offers and what the client required.
- Chemistry session: This process requires trust and a solid interpersonal relationship. The chemistry between coach and client must support this.
- A coaching program designed to meet the precise needs of you/your team.
- Coaching programme commences with Initial session followed by regular engagement as per tailored program. Ongoing support in between sessions over phone or email.
- Coaching & mentoring programmes are minimum 6 months and usually run to 12 months; coaching is a process which unlocks potential by altering perspectives which leads to changed behaviours. All change takes time, commitment and energy.
